Inner Results – Terms & Conditions & Enrolment Agreement

By enrolling in any Inner Results training, you agree to the following terms.

1. Non-Certification Events & Programs

• Non-certification events and programs are non-refundable. This includes: 1-Day courses Any business or sales programs Ongoing group coaching Any other group or one-on-one programs.
• You may transfer your booking to a future event or program if one exists and is not sold out, within six (6) months of the start date, provided you give: At least 48 hours’ notice before a one-day event; At least 2 months’ notice before the first session of a business or sales program.
• If no notice is given, or you do not attend, your enrolment is non-transferable and no refund will be given.
• If you book and pay for a non-certification event on the day it starts, no refunds or transfers will be given.
• There is no cooling-off period for non-certification events.
• You agree to disclose to Inner Results any past history or circumstances under which you may be unfit to attend, or unable to keep an open mind at, any event.
• In the case of a national emergency, Act of God, terrorism, natural disaster, government mandate, or public health concerns (e.g. COVID-19), program dates or delivery may be changed without notice, including delivery online. In such cases, no refunds will be due. A credit may be transferred to another program within six (6) months of enrolment, if one is available.
• Payment in part or full enacts this agreement.

2. Certification Trainings

Certification Trainings include:

• 3-Day Hypnosis Certification
• Level 1 Coaching Course (NLP Practitioner Certification Training)
• Level 2 Coaching Course (NLP Master Practitioner Certification Training)
• NLP Trainer’s Training
• Hypnosis Trainer’s Training

2.1 Cooling-Off Period

• You have a 72-hour cooling-off period from the time payment is processed.
• If you cancel within this time and return all materials (books, manuals, audio, digital products) unused and in perfect condition, you will receive a full refund.
• If you enrol within 72 hours of the start date, the cooling-off period is void.

2.2 Refund & Cancellation Policy

3-Day Hypnosis Certification

• All payments are non-refundable.
• One transfer permitted within 12 months if cancelled 14 days or more before the start date.

Level 1 Coaching Certification

• Deposit: $2,000 non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 60 days before the start, no refunds will be given.
• If you cancel 60 days or more before the start, the balance (after deposit) will be refunded.

Level 2 Coaching Certification

• Deposit: $3,000 non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 90 days before the start, no refunds will be given.
• If you cancel 90 days or more before the start, the balance (after deposit) will be refunded.

Hypnosis Trainer’s Training

• All payments are non-refundable.
• At our discretion, one transfer permitted if cancelled 90 days or more before the start.

NLP Trainer’s Training

• Deposit: $5,000 non-refundable.
• If you cancel less than 120 days before the start, no refunds will be given.
• If you cancel 120 days or more before the start, the balance (after deposit) will be refunded.

2.3 Deferrals & Rollovers

• You may defer enrolment to a later date if one is available, with 14 days’ notice required.
• Non-refundable cancellation fees may be applied to a future certification training within two (2) years of enrolment, provided such courses are scheduled.
• Extension beyond two years requires payment of a rollover fee per training.

2.4 Payment Terms

• Balance of fees is due 14 days prior to the start date, unless otherwise agreed.
• Failure to keep payments up to date for more than one cycle will incur a $100AUD fee per missed payment.
• If you receive a discount with a payment plan and fail to keep payments current, you must pay the full price or a penalty.
• You remain solely responsible for third-party finance agreements (e.g. Procuret, Debit Success). Inner Results is not liable.

2.5 Certification Conditions

• Certification is issued only once all course requirements are met and payment is received in full.
• Certification is at the discretion of the trainers (Jeremy Hills, Alana Diebel, or other appointed trainers).
• Additional tasking may be required before certification is issued.
• If you attend training, all agreed fees remain payable regardless of whether certification is issued.
• You have email access to coaching support for pre-study material; cancellation voids this access.

2.6 Abandonment, No-Show & Expulsion

• If you abandon or fail to attend, all fees are forfeited.
• If you fail to notify us of non-attendance, no refund or transfer is available.
• If you are enrolled free of charge and fail to attend or cancel less than 14 days prior, full course fees will be added to your tuition.
• If found unfit to participate or disruptive, you may be removed immediately with no refund, and all training materials must be returned.

2.7 Force Majeure (Certification Trainings)

• In the event of national emergency, Act of God, terrorism, natural disaster, government mandate, or public health concerns, training dates, locations, or delivery may be changed without notice (including online delivery).
• No refunds will be due. A credit may be transferred to another program within two (2) years of enrolment if one is available.

3. Coaching Programs

• Once enrolled in one-on-one or group coaching programs, no refunds will be given.
• Payment in part or full enacts this agreement.

4. Private Programs (Keynotes, Speaking, Training, Workshops)

• A 50% deposit is required at booking to confirm.
• Balance is due before program start.
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior: 100% of fees are non-refundable.
• Cancellation between 15–90 days prior: 50% of fees are non-refundable.
• No penalty for rebooking within 12 months.
• If Inner Results cancels, the above cancellation fees apply, or credit/refund may be offered at our discretion.
• If a facilitator attends but does not present due to scheduling conflicts, full payment is still required.

5. Products (Books, Audio, Digital)

• No refunds will be given for CDs, DVDs, mp3/USB media, or digital products unless defective.
• Defective products will be replaced free of charge.
• All sales are final.

6. Audio/Video Recording

• Participants may not record (audio/video) without written consent.
• Inner Results may record sessions with video, audio, or photography. By attending, you grant permission for your image/voice to be used in training, education, and promotional material.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
