Inner Results – Terms & Conditions & Enrolment Agreement

1. Definitions

  • “Inner Results” refers to Inner Results Coaching and Training Company and its authorised representatives.
  • “Participant” refers to the person enrolling in any Inner Results course, coaching program, training, workshop, or event.
  • “Program” refers to any course, certification training, coaching program, workshop, seminar, or event operated by Inner Results.
  • “Agreement” means these terms and conditions.

By enrolling in any program and making part or full payment, the participant accepts and agrees to these terms.

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 No Refunds for Change of Mind
Inner Results does not provide refunds for change of mind, personal circumstances, illness, holidays, work commitments, or non attendance. All sales are final except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

2.2 Transfers
Transfers to another person are not permitted unless expressly approved in writing by Inner Results.

2.3 Communication Requirements
All requests related to enrolment, deferral, or variations must be made in writing to Inner Results.

3. Non Certification Courses, Events, and Programs

3.1 Refunds
Refunds are not available for any non certification program. This includes personal development courses, online courses, short courses, practice groups, and workshops.

3.2 Deferrals and Transfers
Participants may request to move to a later scheduled date if available. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required. Acceptance of a deferral is at the discretion of Inner Results. Deferral does not create any entitlement to a refund.

3.3 Cancellations
If a participant does not attend a program they are enrolled in, their enrolment and payment are forfeited.

4. Certification Trainings (Level 1, Level 2, Hypnosis, NLP, and related trainings)

4.1 Refunds and Cancellations
No refunds are given for certification trainings except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

4.2 Cooling Off Period
A 48 hour cooling off period applies from the time of enrolment. After this time no refunds are provided.

4.3 Notice Periods
If a participant wishes to change their enrolment:

  • More than 90 days before start: may defer to a future course if available.
  • Between 60 and 90 days: a non refundable cancellation fee of 50 percent of the course fee applies.
  • Less than 60 days: full course fee is forfeited.

4.4 Deferrals and Rollovers
Participants may defer enrolment to a later date if a suitable future course is offered. Deferrals must be requested in writing at least 14 days prior to the original start date.
Deferred enrolments must be used within two years provided such courses are scheduled.
Extension beyond two years requires a $500 rollover fee per training.
No refunds are provided for deferrals or non attendance.

4.5 Multiple Deferrals
Repeated deferrals may be declined at the discretion of Inner Results.

4.6 Program Completion Windows
Participants must complete all required components within the timeframe specified by Inner Results. Failure to do so results in forfeiture of enrolment.

5. Coaching Programs (One to One and Group Coaching)

5.1 No Refunds
Once enrolled in a coaching program and payment has been made, no refunds are offered for any reason except as required by law.

5.2 Session Delivery
Sessions may be delivered in person, online, or via phone. Inner Results may adjust delivery format if required.

5.3 Rescheduling
Participants must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule a coaching session. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

6. Private or In House Training, Speaking or Corporate Programs

6.1 Deposits and Payments
Deposits are non refundable. Full payment must be made prior to delivery unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6.2 Cancellations
If a client cancels:

  • More than 30 days prior: deposit is forfeited.
  • Less than 30 days prior: full fee is payable.

6.3 Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

7. Trainer Unavailability and Unforeseen Circumstances

7.1 Trainer Unavailability Clause
If the scheduled trainer becomes unexpectedly unavailable due to illness, emergency, or other circumstances outside the control of Inner Results, the program may be rescheduled, postponed, delivered by a qualified substitute trainer, or transferred to an online or alternative format.

7.2 If Delivery is Not Possible
If the program cannot be delivered due to these circumstances, participants will receive a course credit only. Refunds will only be provided where required by Australian Consumer Law.

8. Discontinuation or Changes to Courses

8.1 Right to Discontinue or Modify Programs
Inner Results may discontinue, modify, or reschedule any program at its discretion.

8.2 If a Program is Discontinued
If a program is discontinued and no future dates will be offered, participants will be offered one of the following at the discretion of Inner Results:

  • Transfer to another Inner Results program of equal or greater value.
  • A course credit for future use.
  • Access to a comparable online or pre recorded program if available.

Discontinuation does not create any entitlement to a refund except where required by law.

9. Payment Plans and Fees

9.1 Payment Plan Conditions
By entering a payment plan, the participant agrees to complete all payments regardless of attendance, completion, or personal circumstances.

9.2 Failed Payments
Payment failures must be corrected within 3 business days. Continued failures may result in suspension from the program.

9.3 Debt Recovery
Inner Results reserves the right to use collection agencies if required. The participant is responsible for any additional fees incurred.

10. Participant Responsibilities

10.1 Participants must behave respectfully toward trainers, staff, and other participants.
10.2 Inner Results may remove a participant from any program if their behaviour is inappropriate, harmful, or disruptive.
10.3 Removal due to behaviour does not entitle the participant to a refund.

11. Media and Recording

11.1 Programs may be recorded for training or quality purposes.
11.2 By attending, participants give permission for Inner Results to use recordings for educational or promotional purposes unless they opt out in writing.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this agreement limits the participant’s rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any applicable Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are only offered where legally required.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Western Australia.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, paying a deposit, paying a program fee, or attending any Inner Results program, the participant acknowledges that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
