What is the Business Advisory

This advisory supports business owners who want a consistent external perspective as they make decisions, lead their teams, and manage commercial performance. The focus is on real issues, practical judgement, and follow-through across sales, structure, and execution.

How the Access Process Works:

After you submit your access request, one of the following will occur:

  • You may be accepted directly into the Business Advisory Group
  • You may be invited to complete a Business Growth Review to confirm alignment (if you haven't done so already)
  • Or you may be advised that the advisory is not the right fit at this time

All access requests are reviewed personally.

Advisory Investment:

The Business Advisory Group is structured as an ongoing weekly advisory relationship.

The fee is $750 per month, billed monthly. A minimum 3 month commitment is required.

This covers participation in the weekly advisory sessions and ongoing access to the group.
